This competition is open to all students who have taken lessons at Lydian Music Studios during Summer 2026. We welcome submissions from every musical background and style: classical, jazz, pop, folk, electronic, film-inspired, experimental, or anything in between. There is no required theme or instrumentation. We want to hear your musical voice!
The goal of this competition is to encourage creativity, inspire students to explore composition, and provide a platform to showcase original music. Whether your piece is written for piano, voice, a small ensemble, or another instrument entirely, every submission will receive feedback with its review.
