This three part workshop guides students in the process of completing an original song, from initial idea to finished, performance-ready piece. Designed for developing songwriters, the workshop blends creative exploration with practical craft, helping participants build confidence in both writing and presenting original music.

Students will learn how to shape raw ideas into structured songs, refine lyrics and melodies, and develop arrangements that support their artistic intent, all in an encouraging and collaborative environment that prizes creativity. The series culminates in performance/presentation and feedback, giving each participant the experience of bringing their work “from page to stage!”
